Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the ParkPassGo website and services operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] (“ParkPassGo”, “we”, “us”). By using ParkPassGo you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What ParkPassGo is

ParkPassGo lets you compare and book parking at garages and lots (“facilities”). Some facilities list directly with us; others are offered through third-party parking providers. In both cases you book and pay on ParkPassGo, and the facility provides the parking.

2. Bookings

• A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation code and pass. Until then, a payment authorization may be held and released.
• Your pass is valid for the covered window shown on it. Arriving outside that window, or staying beyond it, may be refused or charged by the facility at its posted rates.
• You must give accurate vehicle details, including a license plate, where the facility requires them.
• Facilities may set vehicle size, height and other restrictions. Check the listing before you book.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include the parking rate plus any fees itemized at checkout. Your payment method is authorized at checkout and charged when the booking is confirmed. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Each rate has a cancellation policy shown before you pay. Cancellations made within the policy are refunded to the original payment method. See our cancellation policy for details.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use ParkPassGo to resell passes, to scrape or copy listings, to interfere with the service, or for any unlawful purpose.

7. Facilities and third parties

Facilities are operated by independent businesses. ParkPassGo does not own or operate parking facilities and is not responsible for the condition of a facility, for your vehicle or its contents, or for the conduct of facility staff. Facility rules posted on site apply.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ParkPassGo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the booking in question.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
